LTC Landscape Architecture have been employed by Persimmon Homes to provide a full landscape consultancy service for a new development of 1200 homes on a brownfield site at Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The commission included development of the masterplan, design and implementation of the Public Open Space, including a high quality regency style POS at the entrance to the development, associated infrastructure, housing landscape and a play area.
