Westbury Leigh New settlement

A new settlement including 800 new homes, a new school, local centre, associated infrastructure, playing fields and new areas of public open space .
LTC has been employed on this project by Persimmon Homes since the masterplan stages. A vegetation survey of the site informed the development of the landscape strategy and landscape structure plan, which was approved by the LPA. The site contains many trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders and these were fully incorporated. The landsacpe strategy includes the provision of 12 new areas of public open space, and the creation of new strategic tree avenues.
