Hams Hall

The regeneration of an old power station site on behalf of Powergen (now E-On) lead to the development of 350 acre distribution park and international rail freight terminal.

Westbury Leigh

A major new settlement of 800 dwellings in West Wiltshire required a comprehensive landscape structural framework to assist its assimilation into the landscape around Westbury leigh town. The site continues under the care of LTC management

Calne

Working for Persimmon Homes LTC designed the landscape startegy for the expansion of an existing north Wiltshire Town. 1100 houses have been built with associated facilities. The landscape scheme has been implemented under the directions of LTC who have continued to manage the site since 2000

Cardiff, Pontprennau Woodland Management Guidelines

Working for the Land Authority for Wales on the eastern expansion of Cardiff an existing 10 acre semi ancient woodland was retained at the heart of the development and conservation management plan prepared for the local authority.
