Major pedestrian corridor to landmark bridge in Newport

Newport City Council commissioned LTC during August 2005 to design and administer the implementation of a major new footpath link on the east bank of the river, to the new pedestrian bridge over the tidal reach of the river Usk. The scheme included environmental improvements to Maindee primary school.

Pontnewynydd Housing Area

A study to discover how a run down council housing estate could be made attractive and given a new lease of life as an alternative to demolition was carried out on behalf of Torfaen Borough Housing Department.

Breme Park Development

Persimmon Homes employed LTC Landscape Architecture to provide a full landscape consultancy service for a new development of 1200 homes on a brownfield site at Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

Newport, Lower Dock Street. New streetscape

Streetscape regeneration and new plaza associated to a high quality office development on former coal railway yard site on the west banks of the river Usk, Newport; commissioned by Newport City Council
